Why do I need this?

You need to be prepared in the event that you need to go to court with your former partner/spouse/friend. The best way to do this is to document every item that you discuss with then. What if they never log on?

In this event, when you go to court you can show the judge that you made many attempts to have them use this system, document each time you talk to them so if you go to court you can give specific dates that you communicated with them about your issues.

Can I cancel my account whenever I want?

Unless it is court ordered, you can cancel at anytime. However we suggest printing everything so you have a copy, we will not keep the account information.
